you may wonder what i have been doing since i have not been tumbling. well, for better or worse, in the past year i’ve probably watched more television than i did for the ten years prior combined.

i discovered this girl lola rose thompson by watching the bravo artist reality show. i like her. this is her drawing, but i like other things, the way she strings words, the way she thinks about objects and what they hold.

i know now why i didn’t watch tv for so long. it really does dull you, change your mind. every now and then it connects you to something though. but mostly it uses up your time and slows your body. it also makes a lot of people a lot of money.
